FREE TO USE · CLOSED-SOURCE

A free service for your community.

The hosted bot and its base features are free to use. An optional Unlimited Downloads subscription through Discord removes download quotas, cooldowns, video-duration and playlist-size caps; server permissions, storage safeguards and file retention still apply. The bot’s original source code is proprietary and closed-source; using the service does not grant permission to publish or redistribute it. Third-party components keep their own licenses.

BUILT FOR YOUR COMMUNITY

Who is it for?

01 / MEDIA

People who want a copy

Save media you own or have permission to download. Choose video or audio and receive a download link in Discord.

02 / COMMUNITY

Discord communities

Bring support tickets, music, welcome messages and social announcements into the channels your members already use.

03 / MODERATION

Server moderators

Use moderation commands in Discord, or kick, ban and warn members with reasons from the dashboard. Discord permissions still apply.

YOUR SERVER, AT A GLANCE

A dashboard for server admins.

Sign in with your Discord account to manage servers you own or have permission to manage. See download activity by member, check who kicked or banned whom in Discord audit logs, and keep your community’s bot settings in one place.

See the activity

View recent downloads, request totals and service outcomes. Browse Discord audit logs with kick and ban filters.

Set the rules

Set server defaults, role policies and member overrides for download quality, formats, quotas and cooldowns. Publish custom text slash commands for your server.

Moderate with context

Kick, ban or warn members with a reason and the required Discord permissions. Review dashboard action history and warning delivery.

Bot developers also have a restricted overview of activity across all servers. Download history starts when tracking is enabled; records are retained for 90 days.

VOICE MUSIC

Your songs, in your voice channel.

Join a server voice channel and request a song title, artist or YouTube song/playlist URL with /play (up to 30 songs per playlist). The download4yt.live API prepares an MP3, and the bot plays requests in order. Use /queue to see the song, artist and album, with /queue page:2 for more entries. Use /skip, /stop, /pause and /resume from that voice channel. Server download limits apply; temporary MP3 files are deleted after playback or skip, and all remaining playlist files are removed on stop, failure or an empty voice channel. The bot leaves when the queue finishes or the channel is empty.

Anyone can sign in with Discord to view the live queue. Join the bot’s voice channel to add, reorder or remove songs, pause, resume, skip and stop playback.

Automatic social announcements

Announce YouTube videos and live streams, Twitch and Kick streams, or posts from compatible RSS/Atom feeds. Choose a destination channel and one of your server webhook identities.

Manage social feeds

PRIVATE SUPPORT

Support tickets for your community.

Publish a ticket panel, choose support roles and open private numbered threads. Authorized staff can close tickets and review HTML transcripts for 1–90 days (30 by default). Members can access their own transcripts through My tickets.

Manage tickets & transcripts

SERVER MANAGEMENT

Prepare for raids with scheduled backups.

Create structural server backups on demand or schedule hourly, daily, weekly, every 30 days, or custom intervals. Snapshots save server settings, roles, categories, channels and permissions. The server owner can inspect and edit backups, design reusable templates, import their layouts into another server they own, and review recovery before applying it. Messages, member assignments and departed members are excluded.

MEDIA DOWNLOAD TECHNOLOGY

ZavrynBot, powered by connected services.

ZavrynBot is a product in its own right. For media downloads and music preparation, it uses the download4yt.live API. That service processes the source media; ZavrynBot provides the Discord experience, metadata, temporary download storage and community tools. Provider availability and source media determine which downloads are possible.

Developers can request a private one-day download4yt.live API token from the dashboard or /apitoken.

How it works

ZavrynBot checks your request, asks the download4yt.live API to prepare the media, adds metadata to individual files and gives you a private download link on zavrynbot.xyz.

  1. Paste a YouTube URLRun /download in Discord.
  2. Choose your formatMP4, MP3, or FLAC. For MP4, choose up to 2160p.
  3. Open your download linkFiles include YouTube metadata and are available from My downloads after Discord login for one hour. Two files are retained per user; a new file replaces the oldest. Processing time and available quality depend on the media and service.

COMMAND REFERENCE

Small commands. Useful things.

/download

Request MP4 video or MP3 / FLAC audio. MP4 quality ranges from 144p to 2160p; the default limit is 2160p.

/play

Request a song by title and artist, or a YouTube song/playlist URL (up to 30 songs). The API prepares MP3s or a playlist ZIP for sequential voice playback; server download limits apply.

/queue

Show the current song and queued titles, artists and albums. /queue page:2 shows more tracks. Use /skip, /stop, /pause and /resume to control playback from the bot’s voice channel.

/status

Check API reachability, reported database and SMTP health, and server uptime.

/stats

See ZavrynBot activity across servers and separately labeled download4yt.live API totals.

/help

Show command help and links to ZavrynBot dashboards, subscriptions and legal information.

/ban

Ban a server member, optionally deleting up to seven days of message history. Requires Ban Members by default.

/warn

Warn a member with a required reason, record the warning in dashboard history and attempt a private DM. Requires Moderate Members.

/timeout

YOUR SERVER IDENTITY

Rules and announcements, in your server’s voice.

Create multiple webhook profiles with names such as My Lovely Server Rules or Community News and optional avatars in the dashboard. Post rules or announcements directly, or let a custom slash command deliver its message using that identity. Signed-in users can also request a private one-day API token from the dashboard or /apitoken. The command builder can combine replies, channel or webhook posts, role changes and pruning. Server owners can also customize built-in command availability, role restrictions, cooldowns and prune limits, and enable an optional staff log channel. Functional actions require the appropriate Discord permissions. Discord still labels these as automated messages.

BEFORE YOU START

Use it responsibly.

Download only media you are entitled to download. Download replies are posted in the channel where you request them, so avoid private or confidential links. Moderation commands can remove members or messages; use them with care.
