1. Free service and closed-source software
The base bot and dashboards are free to use. A separate optional Cross-server Management subscription provides grouped administration, on-demand settings synchronization and aggregated statistics for servers you can manage. An optional Unlimited Downloads subscription through Discord removes download quotas, cooldowns, video-duration and playlist-size caps while active. Discord handles pricing, billing, cancellation and applicable purchase terms; server permissions, storage safeguards and file retention still apply. Free access does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or remove fair-use limits. The bot’s original source code is proprietary and closed-source: it is not intended for public publication, and using the service does not grant access to or a license to publish that code. Third-party components and media retain their own rights.
2. Using the service
These terms apply to your use of the ZavrynBot. By using the bot, you agree to these terms and the EULA. If you do not agree, stop using the bot. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements for your country and have the authority to agree to these terms.
3. Your content and permissions
Only request downloads of media you own, have permission to download, or are otherwise legally entitled to download. You are responsible for complying with applicable law, copyright, and the terms of the source platform. A publicly accessible URL does not by itself grant permission to copy or redistribute its content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the bot for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, abusive automated requests, or attempts to disrupt the service. Do not bypass access controls or service limits. Do not sell or charge other users for access to this free service. Server moderators must use moderation commands responsibly and in accordance with their server’s rules.
5. Requests and third parties
Download requests send the submitted URL, selected format, and quality to the download4yt.live API. Discord processes command interactions and replies. Download replies and some moderation results are visible in the channel where the command is used. Do not submit confidential URLs. Discord, Google’s YouTube Data API, the download4yt.live API and source platforms have their own terms. Staff must configure music, moderation and ticket access responsibly. Ticket participants should understand that authorized staff can review closed-ticket transcripts for the configured 1–90-day retention period, and participants can view or download their own transcripts. Bot-hosted files expire after one hour, and only two completed files per user are retained; a newer file can replace the oldest.
6. Availability and changes
Downloads depend on the external API, source media, and Discord. Formats, quality, processing times, and availability are not guaranteed. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. The base service remains available without a subscription; the optional Discord subscription provides the described quota and cooldown bypass. Access may be restricted for misuse. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date; review the terms before continuing to use the service.
7. Responsibility and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and the operator is not responsible for losses caused by unavailable downloads, third-party failures, or misuse of moderation commands. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For questions, rights concerns, or service issues, use the contact page linked below.
