1. Scope of this agreement
This agreement covers your access to the hosted ZavrynBot. It does not transfer ownership of the bot, its branding, the download service, or third-party media. The Terms of Service also apply.
2. Permission to use
At no charge, the operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the bot’s available commands for lawful purposes while the service is available and you comply with this agreement. Server administrators may enable the bot for their communities through Discord’s installation and permission settings. The base service is free; the optional Discord Unlimited Downloads subscription removes download quotas, cooldowns, video-duration and playlist-size caps while its entitlement is active.
3. Restrictions
Do not exploit the bot, interfere with its operation, bypass its access controls, or resell access without permission. The bot’s original source code is proprietary, closed-source and not intended to be published. All rights in that original code are reserved by its rights holder. This agreement grants permission to use the hosted service only; it does not grant permission to obtain, publish, redistribute, sublicense, sell or reuse the original source code, nor to self-host a copy. Publication or redistribution requires the rights holder’s prior written permission. Third-party libraries, tools and other components remain governed by their own licenses; these restrictions do not override those licenses or rights that applicable law grants you. The service’s free price does not make its original code open-source or public domain.
4. Media and third-party rights
Downloaded media remains subject to its owners’ rights. The bot does not grant you ownership or redistribution rights in that media. You must obtain any required permissions. Discord and other connected services remain subject to their own agreements.
5. Updates and ending use
The operator may update or withdraw features and may terminate access for violations of this agreement or the Terms of Service. You may end your use at any time by stopping commands and, if you administer a server, removing the bot through Discord.
6. Warranty and liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the bot is provided as is and as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Liability limitations apply only where legally permitted and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Questions about this agreement can be sent through the contact page linked below.
